URLStart is a hosting company that owns its servers, runs its own network and answers its own support tickets, from a single Tier IV facility in Delhi NCR. It is not a reseller of another provider’s cloud, and it does not claim to be in cities where it has no hardware. The statements below are the ones we are prepared to be held to; the section after them lists the things we deliberately do not claim.

The servers
AMD EPYC and Intel Xeon VPS nodes, dual-Xeon dedicated machines, NVMe and SSD storage — bought, racked and maintained by URLStart.
The network
A 10 Gbps core, redundant edges, URLStart IP space and routing. Not a carrier’s shared port with a logo on it.
The DDoS edge
Scrubbing sits in URLStart’s own ingress path, in front of every plan.
The support desk
The engineers who rack the servers answer the tickets, with console and IPMI access to prove it.
Billing and data
Your account, invoices and data are held by URLStart in India, under the Terms and Privacy Policy published here.
The cage
URLStart’s locked cage inside the facility: cabinets, PDUs, top-of-rack switches, and the colocation space we rent out.

Absence of a claim is also information. These are deliberate.
No “global regions”
One facility, in Greater Noida. City pages for Noida, Delhi and Ghaziabad say the nearest datacenter is Greater Noida, not that we have one there.
We do not own the building
Yotta operates the Tier IV building, power, cooling and physical security. URLStart runs everything inside its cage.
No 100% uptime
The SLA is 99.5% or 99.95% by product, written in the Terms. Nothing on this site promises more.
No per-U colocation price
Colocation is quoted to your hardware and power draw. A published per-U rate would be a guess.
No star rating we gave ourselves
There is no self-declared rating in our search listings. Reviews belong on independent sites.
No “licence included” where it is not
Windows VPS includes the licence or lets you bring your own; Tally on Cloud uses your own Tally licence. Each page says which.
