On an office LAN, multi-user Tally means a server PC and everyone else on the same network. On the cloud it means a Windows server anyone can reach: each person logs in with their own account, opens TallyPrime, and works in the same company file as everyone else. Tally’s built-in locking handles two people on the same voucher. What you need to get right is licensing: a Tally Gold licence for unlimited users, and Remote Desktop Services licences beyond two simultaneous desktops. We set both up.
