Once payment is complete, Virtual Dedicated Servers will be ready within 90 minutes. However, customized or certain listed Dedicated Servers / Bare Metal servers that cannot be provisioned instantly will be set up within 2–3 business days. For custom-quoted servers, provisioning may take up to 7 business days, including the installation of your requested operating system. After setup, we will send you the credentials to access your server remotely.

We offer a selection of Linux distributions, including AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, and Windows Server. If you need a custom OS, you can install it via Console Access on Virtual Dedicated servers or through IPMI (KVM Console) on certain bare metal servers. This allows you to load an ISO or use other installation methods. IPMI access is available upon request for a limited time and may only be supported on specific hardware. We recommend confirming IPMI compatibility with your server by consulting our technical or sales team before purchasing.

Yes, it's possible in some cases, but not always. It depends on the server's location, plan, and configuration. We recommend checking with our team to confirm whether your purchased server supports upgrades. If upgrades aren't available, the alternative would be to purchase a new server and migrate your data. Please consult our team first for the best advice.

Of course, you have full rights to install anything. Just make sure to check the hardware compatibility and requirements before installing or purchasing if you plan to install a hypervisor. Proxmox installation is available, or you can install any hypervisor, such as VMware, via IPMI or Console using an ISO. Additionally, we offer virtualization control panels like Virtualizor and SolusVM, providing you with complete control over your setup.
