URLStart Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for Cloud Hosting and Cloud VPS hosting services in India only. For monthly plans, refunds are available within 3 days of purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be processed.

However, refunds are not provided for the following:

• Cloud VDS and dedicated servers
• Domain registration, transfer, or renewal fees
• Setup fees or software licenses

Verification & Fraud Prevention

Refunds will not be processed if your account fails verification or if fraud or abuse is detected. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with our policies.

Billing and Refund Process

Refunds for eligible products must be requested within the specified period (30 days for annual plans, 3 days for monthly plans). Once the request is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days and issued via the original payment method.

URLStart reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of policy violations, abuse, or fraud.

Exclusions

• Domain-related services: Domains registered, transferred, or renewed through URLStart are non-refundable.
• VPS, Dedicated Servers, and Cloud Servers: These services are non-refundable.
• Setup Fees and Licenses: Any fees for service setup or software licenses (e.g., cPanel, Plesk) are non-refundable.
